Humanatic - More Infos, Tips and Strategies

     
     Since I joined Humanatic there are lot of questions in my mind, some were answered by fellow Humans in Facebook Humanatic Group and fellow bloggers but lot of questions were not.When I look at the Leaderboard, I always ask myself what kind of strategy that  these people do to earn that much.  Some of them even reached $50 in a day. There was a time that I even think that these people might have some tricks, cheats or anything that they used to be on the top.  Since, Internet is only a program it can be cheated or tricked in some way. But, cheaters are banned in Humanatic and cheaters really do exist. So don't try to cheat !. Then I started to research and try to understand well every Categories, every technical details in a legit ways.




Warning : Some unscrupulous site copied my article and even translated into Spanish language. I do not owned or maintained any other site that shows tutorial about humanatic except this site. I even detected one site that copied my article as a malicious site, meaning it may have a virus that may ready to infect your system. Speaking of "How to review fast and accurately? " You can only do this when you master the category. For me MASTERY is important at the beginning, then in the long run SPEED follows, and good earnings will flow. Look for a KEYWORD/s, a single word can define a whole idea.This is one of my technique. Always look for KEYWORD/s.

Just continue to FOCUS on what you are doing right now, don't be in the rush for profit! Proper time will come. Do your homework first and for sure you will succeed here.

So let's start identifying each question that might help you in your way to Humanatic....I assumed that you have the basic knowledge about Humanatic and how calls are being handled.

1. Is fast Internet connection and fast computer are a plus factor to have more calls?

        In my opinion, it's a big YES. Let's take for example when you surf the web, if you have a slow Internet connection sometimes the page you want to see takes a time to load, some pictures/ images sometimes will not load or you have to wait. It's the same in Humanatic.  If you have a slow internet and slow computer, the recorded voice calls might take time to load before you actually finish or find the real intent of a caller. So your time is wasted. For me every second count, if you really want to earn well. Second, all calls are hosted on a server that handles all our data transmission and data request, so if you have a slow speed your request for new calls might also take time before you are given a new set of calls to review. Remember that all our request to a server is always in a queue, as in first come first serve basis.  Have you ever wonder why sometimes the volume of calls are few, but others still to manage to have a call to review? other reviewers even get this message " Sorry there are no pending calls"..In my own case 1Mbps or more, Real Internet speed is enough, lower than that I don't recommend. You may say " I have 3 Mbps speed and I experience sluggishness during audio loading", Internet Service Providers sometimes are not true to what they offer when it comes to Internet speed, better to have a speed test and that's the real speed of your connections. In computer side, I'm using i3 processor and 4GB of memory, loading of calls are fast compare to low-end PC. So SPEED really do matters !

2. Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera Web Browser..Which is faster to use?

       In my case, I use Firefox and Google Chrome, but I observed that sometimes it is faster in Firefox to load the calls or sometimes in Chrome, I always check which browser is good when I'm going to start a review. How about Opera ? all my test in that browser result is  slow in page and audio loading. I don't know if others use Opera. I also test some browsers which are K-Meleon, it is similar to Firefox and Maxthon, but I prefer K-Meleon. But in my wife lappy, Maxthon is doing fine.

3. Can I use my Android device so that I can review wherever I go?    
     
        Definitely YES, all you have to do is download Puffin Browser or Photon Browser at Google Play because it is has Flash Player and better to use rather than the built-in browser, other experienced error when they use the built-in browser when it comes to audio loading.

4.   Can I use two browsers and open my account and load the calls simultaneously?

         No. Lately, I think that it is possible to load calls simultaneously using two different browsers in a single account, but I tried it and do some experiment, using Firefox I load a call from Outbound then the other browser I load an Inbound call, of course, Firefox can load the calls but when you open another call from another browser a message will appear on the page of a second browser saying that,


It's one way of Humanatic security measure so that only single calls may load into a single account using single browser..BUT you may load two simultaneous calls using two different browsers provided that you are using two different accounts.

5.  Can I have two or more accounts?

          Yes..You can apply for multiple accounts but you must provide different PayPal account, because Humanatic changes their policy to " one account, one PayPal policy ".

*******As of this year (2016), multiple accounts are not allowed. There are cases of reviewers account termination, who are caught maintaining multiple accounts. So be warned!

6. How about if I have a single internet connection, can I use multiple different accounts using single I.P ?

            Yes. Humanatic is not sensitive to I.P policy.

7. Can I use VPN, Proxy and the like to access my account?

             So far this question was unanswered by Humanatic when I asked them.But I heard some Humans are using VPN, Proxy when they access their account when they are in public Wi-Fi, restaurant and the like for security reason. And they also use VPN when there is a problem accessing Humanatic website. So its up to you whether to use VPN, Proxy or not.

8. What time of the day its good to start reviewing calls?

               Humanatic is base in the U.S.A, particularly in Dallas, Texas if I'm not mistaken, so there is a time difference. So when you are, for example in the Philippines, it is much better to start at 8 p.m onwards, but big volume of calls arrives at 11 p.m to 5 a.m based on my experience. But, sometimes there are also available calls till 1 pm of the following day, even till 5 p.m in other high-paying categories. Not all Humans have high-paying categories, they are only given to selected reviewers who excel and take more time to improve their accuracy. As I've said in my previous post LEARN MORE = EARN MORE.

9.  Do I need high-paying categories to earn more and be listed in the LEADERBOARD?

                It depends on how you treat Humanatic as your source of income or how much time you spend reviewing calls. There are lot of advantages if you have high paying categories, of course, it is easy to earn, in an hour you may have $ 1.5 to $3 or even higher, rather than 50-80 cents in an hour. But do not be frustrated, even if you have only low-paying categories, still, it is possible to earn well. I've heard some humans that they are only reviewing outbound calls but still, they manage to earn $10 to $12 in a day, we all know that outbound calls are the lowest paying categories from 6 cents to 8 cents high if there are a big volume of calls. 

      How they do that?
  •   First, you have to MASTER the category, all you have to know is the caller intent,  you don't need to listen to the entire call, you may skip and skip the audio until you find the caller's intent. So take a time to study the category, practice makes perfect. I remember when first started listening to calls, I did not understand well because of their accent, there is a time that I call my wife just to listen to the calls, my wife is an ex-call center agent, so she had experienced in handling American accent. But again and again,  I practice listening it seems that  I have managed to understand the American accent well.


"Well for over a year of reviewing calls, I may also suggest that you invest in High-Quality Equipment, like for example, one of the most important is Headset. For over a year, I am using Samsung Headset like what you see below. This one works perfectly for me, the clarity of audio works great as compare to others. I may say that " What you hear is what you get!" If you are working with a low-quality headset, of course you may find difficulty understanding the conversation. So invest in quality, coz it gives you more advantage."

  •  Second, TIME is crucial - you need to know what is the average time that some humans finishes the calls and tag it correctly. Below is an image that shows the average completion time ( for all Humans) which is 28 seconds in Outbound Category, you must beat that, I must say that you must tag it correctly in a matter of 10 to 15 seconds average. So SPEED + ACCURACY IS IMPORTANT.Just do the math, let's say outbound is paying at a high, average of 7 cents. In 60 mins., there are 3600 seconds, lets say your average completion time for Outbound is 15 seconds, divide it in 3600 seconds equals 240,  multiply it by 7 cents equals $1.68 per hour. Let's say you work for 10 hours, that's $16.8 in a day !. But that's not the actual,  we must deduct some factor, like tagging incorrectly, delay in your connections, delay in incoming calls etc, let say you still manage  to earn $1 per hour despite some unwanted factors , and you work for 10 hours, you still  to have $10 in  a day. If you manage to have $15 a day for sure you will be in the LEADERBOARD.

  • Third is FOCUS - Your in the middle of a call, then you heard a notification sound and suddenly you switch the page to your favorite social account "FACEBOOK", you read the notification and your friend start the conversation, you saw an interesting picture and hit like, you saw a shared video and you watched it in your favorite YOUTUBE CHANNEL, then you saw again another interesting video, watched it and post a comment. How far have you gone browsing of not related to what you are working? YOU LOST, seconds, minutes and sometimes an hour is wasted. How about other factors affecting workers when they work at night, " feeling Sleepy, tired, exhausted, lost of interest and more ".So what's the point? You want to earn well enough, but your not doing your part to reach what you want..Treat this online work seriously, and for sure good income will flow that you never expected. I know it's hard but discipline will save you and proper time management will help you attain your goal as a " Finest Call Reviewer " and be on the top....

10.  What are the things you should avoid as a Humanatic " Call Reviewer "?

                   For a regular job outside ( offline job ), there is numerous company policy that we should follow in order for us to stay in our job. For Humanatic there is no specific policy or rules, but there are things to be avoided, or else you will get banned out of the system.

  • Avoid frequent Log-in / Log-out with your account, as Humanatic said that it is affecting their system traffic. I've heard that few Human Call reviewers got caught and their account was terminated, some of them were high-income earner, so we should take care of our account and refrain from doing such action intentionally.
  • Avoid intentional marking an English call as " Non-English Call ". In Humanatic they cater English and Spanish calls, that's why when you send an application to them they ask if you know how to speak Spanish, so they can give Spanish call also. If not they will give you English calls only. But sometimes other reviewers, when they encounter a difficult call, instead of refreshing the page to skip that call, they will mark it as " Non-English call ". I've heard also that there is a case that leads to account termination for doing that frequent action intentionally.
Audio Player

  • Don't use any third party software to manipulate Humanatic Database Security, some of them are scripts and software used by other reviewers just to boost their income and take advantage. As I've said Internet / Computer is run by a program and can be cheated and tricked in some ways. If you found some weaknesses in their system better to inform the Humanatic Admin so they can fix it, not just to take advantage of it.
  • Avoid frequent premature marking of calls lower than 10 seconds - as Humanatic safeguard the quality of every calls marked as accurate as possible. Sometimes you encounter a 2 seconds, 5, or even 0 second call, it is obvious that you know the answer then, in under 10 seconds, and sometimes at the beginning of a call you identify the caller intent, what will you do ?, of course you will marked it accordingly as fast as you can, unknown to you that a certain timer,  Humanatic had implemented to safeguard the quality of marking a call accurately.What happens is you will arrive at a page saying  "Check your Pace " and explanation about that. It is not bad if you seldom encountered it, but if its frequent better to check the timer before you mark calls accordingly.What is the accepted time to mark a call? Safe is 10 to 15 seconds up per call


  • Avoid to drop your accuracy rating in each category as unacceptable to them, or you may lose that category or lose them all, leaving no calls to review. This is a common mistake for beginners, they will not even study the Overview section in each category for tutorials of How to Handle a Call and find the real intent of a caller to mark it accurately. They will start to handle a call and start guessing, the result is a drop in their accuracy rating, that may also result in loosing the category that they failed or sometimes all categories are being terminated. What is the safe accuracy rating? 90 % up in each category, below that, is unacceptable but Humanatic may give you time to increase your accuracy in a certain period. But if you failed, they will terminate that category with no warning or notification.
  • Avoid marking an Spanish call in a category that you are  not eligible to handle with - as I've said Spanish calls are only given to Human reviewers who understand that language well, if you encounter Spanish call in a category, lets say in Outbound, Inbound, Reason Not Connected or in other categories, you may mark this Spanish call as " Call is not in English ", you may see it under the audio when it is playing, see picture above " Audio Player ". Do not mark this call like as if you were tagging a call in English if you are not eligible to handle it. Humanatic said that if you do to mark this Spanish call, there might be problems that may arise in your account status.But lately, there is one exception, that, you may tag it in a normal way, in  "Inventory Category", you are given to tag it accordingly, but there is an update that even in Inventory call, you must mark it as " Call is not in English " located under Audio Player. A message will appear shown in the picture below when you mark in a proper way.



  • So far the above list of things to be avoided or refrain you from doing that action is a major list in order for you to have a good account standing at Humanatic, there may be an update to come that things to be avoided, so better be updated, one way is to join in, at Humanatic Facebook Group, stay in this link or look at the Announcement section when you log-in to your account for you to be updated regularly.
11.  How about if I encounter a call that is difficult to find the real intent of the caller, or I'm not sure what is the correct tag for that call or you are sure you marked it correctly but Humanatic made some deduction in your earnings?

               If you encounter a call like " confusing or misleading call " some Humans just refresh ( F5 ) the page in order to skip that call. You may skip a call that you think uncertain to you, or you may think that you will make a mistake. In my own experienced if I encounter a confusing call, I will first try to record the call I.D number located at the right bottom side of a page where the call is loaded, in this way I have a reference to review it again. See the image..., or  contact Humanatic and provide that call I.D number you are confused, 




               
           Let's say you are reviewing a call in Inbound call, you are confused, but still you mark it, and it seem the selection you made was right to you, If you want to review again that call, you may try to use the link and add the call I.D number after ( = ), paste it in  URL address box in any browser. So that in this way you have the time to know whether your selection is right or wrong, and when you encounter again a call similar to it, for sure you may mark it correctly, that's one strategy I used to improve my learning in this field, I'll try to record all the call I.D's that it seem confusing to me, and have time to seat back again and review, so i know where I made a mistake and correct it next time I will encounter a similar call. Do not be afraid to make a mistake at first, coz you will learn from your mistake. At first when you try to read the Overview Tutorial section, you may arrive at confusion, so the best way to understand is, have it in actual way where you can hear the actual call at the same time you see the right answer for it, example below shows the correct tag for that particular Inbound callBut do not be confused, that answer will not appear until Humanatic is not finish auditing that certain call. You may access it after they finish auditing the call, but if the auditing is on the process and you try to apply the procedure above, you may arrive at a page saying that was an  " Error in Database ". Hmmm..:)

          How about  " if you are sure you tag it correctly and found out that you have some earnings deduction because of that call marked ". In Humanatic if you made a mistake there is some deduction in earnings, I will discuss it later. If that happened, Humanatic suggested that you make a "Dispute", regarding that call. How ? using same procedure above where you record your call I.D. Refer again to the image 2 above, at the bottom right side of the page you will see a "Dispute these result ". All you have to do is listen again to the call, and when you are sure you are right, click " Dispute these result ", a page will appear where you have to explain why you are disputing that call.


   Again Humanatic will audit it again, but it will take some time to know what is the result of your Dispute. So you see that it is important to record all the call I.D's on every call you review, first for reference - LEARNING PROCESS, MASTERY of each category and second for dispute purposes.

    1. hi shanee! there are two types of calls that I may say have error.First is 0/0 and second is 0/0 NAN. The first one is a system error, do not tag this call or you may be penalized that might affect your accuracy, just refresh the page by pressing F5 and wait for the new set of call to load, but if all the calls have 0/0 try to restart your computer. The second one is 0/0 NAN, it maybe your browser error which does not support Flash player, try to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, these two browsers are perfectly fitted and works fine for me, or if you are using Android device download the Photon browser or Puffin Browser, it works also fine for my Android device. If you still encounter 0/0 NaN try to restart your computer. You may use two browsers provided that you are using only one account. Try to experiment which browsers are good, but for me nothing beats Chrome and Firefox for PC user; Puffin and Photon Browser for Android. Hope it will help you.     2. hi.. i already did that.... i turn on and off my laptop... i am using firefox everytime i review call.. until what happen last nite. i tried google chrome thinking that it might be the browser. but to my dismay its all the same... i tried to shut it off for a couple of hours but again still no audio. i tried to watch movie and play songs in you tube and its working only for humanatic account that has no audio... i am a newbie...
      hope you could help me with this..

Try this browser, K-Meleon similar to Firefox, you may download it here --> http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/download.php..Sometimes this browser come in handy when I experience error in Humanatic page. By the way, is the audio error occur in all categories? Can you provide me with some information. Last thing you should do is restore your computer to an earlier time before the problem happen, or try to contact Humanatic Admins by email at humanatic@centuryinteractive.com and state the problem, sometimes the error is in their database with your account. Please provide them with detailed info, if the problem still persists after you've done with my recommendations.

    1. I knew one similar to Humanatic, but they only accept U.S resident. That's why I also forgot the name of the company. For me Humanatic is far by excellent and credible company to work online. Although their compensation was not that attractive, but if you have perseverance, for sure you will get much and sustain your daily living.God bless...

  11. I thought it's accuracy that is important right now, not disregarding the speed though. Because like I said, for newbies it's hard for them to solve every call at an average of 38/call although it is not impossible in the long run. How about that? Should we play safe since we are just starting at this point?

Your right, accuracy does matter when just starting reviewing calls.Don't be in a hurry, like what I've said, mastery is important.When you have high accuracy you will get more categories that have high paying rate, rather than categories that pays low. But this does not mean that you cannot earn well even you have categories that pays small amount.For me MASTERY is important at the beginning, then as what you have said, in the long run SPEED follows as you master every category.Then good income will flow.That's my formula I followed and it never turned me down. Now it is much easier for me to earn well in a day.It is just building your army, ready for battle, where you played as General and your categories as your armies. Build your army first and in the long run it is much easier to direct your income with what you want. Thanks for commenting,Good day!

    1. Very well said Redenthor. I'm amazed by your example. By the way, I'm currently not touching the outbound calls since inbound calls pay better than the former. Would that be fine althroughout? Looking forward for your tip. (:

    2. Of-course focused on Inbound calls, it is the key to other categories that might given to you if you maintain good accuracy, better to have 95-100% accuracy rate. Review at least 100 calls for Outbound Category, then focus on Inbound call. It is to unlock other categories if you master that first. Then afterwards you will receive Reason not Connected, Why calling and sometimes Handled by Automotive sales Category. Then, study the Reason not connected category first, if you receive the 3 categories. RNC category is very easy and pays much, this is the category that what I like most when I started at Humanatic. Even now that I have high paying cats, still, I review RNC because it is much easy to earn. Then if you maintain your accuracy for the new set of categories, high paying cats will be added to you, and so on. That is the key. MASTERY, ACCURACY then SPEED and FOCUS. Focus on categories that will give result,like what I've said it is just like building an army, not all your armies will give good result, it is you whom to choose what categories will help you to attain your goal.

    3. Tips when reviewing Inbound calls.

      1. If the caller is looking for a person or department, and the caller connect to intended person or department,regardless of their conversation, it is considered connected, even if the intended person only say Hello or Hi and the call is successfully drop, it is connected.
      2. When the caller asks for hours of operation (open/closing hour), and not looking for person or department, and the receptionist answered correctly,it is considered connected, marked it accordingly even if only the receptionist handled the call.
      3. When reviewing Inbound, this is my technique, I skip the audio to the last minute or seconds of the call to see if there is a live conversation, if you hear a voicemail message, loose connection, hold tone or music, or silence till the call drop then it is Not connected. For this you will not waste your time listening to the call as it begins then to the middle that you will find at the last seconds till end that it is not connected. Get what I mean?
      4. When the caller asks for a location, or the caller asks for location assistance, it is connected.
      5.When a caller is a technician testing the line of communication, it is connected.
      6. When the caller said that he/she received a missed call and the receptionist did not find the intended person who called and not transferred. Not connected.
      7. When the caller is looking for a person and the intended person is not available, but the receptionist help to find answer/s to the caller inquiry/s, regardless of how simple the inquiry/s is, Considered connected.
      8. Even if you marked a call correctly, if its exceed 180 seconds (estimated) when you marked it, then it is considered wrong. The reason is slow marking a call.
      9. When the call loose connection but the information is sufficient or the conversation is sufficient enough, before the call got disconnected, considered Connected.
      10. If the receptionist or agent at the end of the call says, "I will let them know", "I will pass the message", "I will put it on her/his desk", "I will take note". Considered Not connected. Sometimes you will hear that conversation at the near end, so it is easy to mark a call when you skip the audio at the last minute or seconds. Refer to Tip number 3.
      11.Sometimes the caller will request to put him/her out of the mailing or calling list, then it is connected.

      So far above tips are what I frequently encountered and most newbies find it confusing.

  13. I've made about $3 in 3 days and not being that active for now because I'm considering my time management. All inbound calls until now. Am I on the right track? And 95% accurate too is my recent accuracy btw.

  14. It depends, on how you treat Humanatic. Time management is definitely the right move for you to have more time in reviewing calls. If your account doesn't receive new more categories, then probably you cannot reach as of this time the number of calls in order for Humanatic to update your account and add new categories.Accuracy rate of 95% is good.Have more time in reviewing Inbound calls.$3 in 3 days, for me is not good, but it depends on you. In an hour if I'm going to review Inbound, I might earn $1-1.5, if the rate is 1.5 cents.Your on the right track if you focus and have time management. So it really depends on your interest and at your pace to study every little aspect that might help you attain your goal. Good day!

    1. Payout request is process every Monday and Tuesday, U.S Time Zone. Minimum is $10. Anytime of the day is allowed to request a payout, but it's allowed to request one payout request per week. If your earnings is under $50, you should be able to request till Monday 11 a.m and be credited on your paypal account Tuesday around 2 - 7 a.m. Earnings more than $50 should request at an early day, Saturday is a better time, but Sunday till 7 p.m in my experienced is also good for your payout be credited in your paypal account by Tuesday morning, PH Time. If you request late, your earnings should come by Wednesday or sometimes the next following week. Sometimes there is a delay even if your request in proper time, payout is credited Wednesday morning. But that's only the time frame for the payout comes in to your paypal account, it doesn't cover transaction process from paypal to your local bank. Usually paypal widthdrawal process takes 3-4 days depending on the time you request to withdraw your balance. In my experienced if I request a payout at Humanatic, by Tuesday early morning it will be credited in my paypal account, then if I withdraw my funds at Paypal, it will be credited in my local bank Friday afternoon, mostly 5 p.m. So you should have proper planning to request a payout and withdraw from Paypal, for you to have your money come on time.

It's nice to have someone to emulate, like me when I started doin' this stuff, I have co-humanatic members that I look up to, for their patience and talent, giving of what they have to stretch it out and be on top. It is hard to be on top when you are just starting as a reviewer, my advice is take it slowly, have more patience and time in reviewing calls so that you will know what is the conversation all about, and will have better understanding on what you are doing. Repeat it everyday and time will come that you will master most of every categories that you have. I remember when I first started, I will have to take down notes and save all the call i.d's, review it again everyday after I finished reviewing calls, most of the time I look at the overview section to familiarize myself regarding technicalities of every category. I don't mind if I'm slow or my earnings is not that big enough, or how much time I put in reviewing calls, what important to me is learn all the details, because I believed time will come that I will be in the Leaderboard and now it's happening. I believed that YOU, TOO, can make it if you have the proper perspective. So probably now you know the answer to your question of how to unlock that category? You will not unlock it unless your accuracy rate is 90% up, meaning a consistent 90% up daily. RNB is somehow very tricky, but the for me, first I have to determine what the call is all about, then second jump to the outcome. OUTCOME OF THE CALL is very important to marked it correctly, and you will find it the last minute of the call. Let's say the conversation is all about the "price", you will not say that it is the outcome, and the reason it is not booked is the price, when at the last seconds of the call, the caller or the agent/receptionist said, that they will call back, so the proper marked is, Still thinking or either side promised a follow up. Get what I mean ?, know the intent of the caller and the outcome, meaning the last minute or seconds conversation is very important for you to decide to mark the call. Second we all know that humanatic, applied the peer system in every call handled, meaning for every call there are 3 to 4 persons reviewing identical call, it is to safeguard the quality of every call, but sometimes you will be penalized, even-though to yourself you marked it correctly, when this happened, have time to explain your side in the dispute section to have the auditors take a look, so that if you are correct, your earnings and accuracy will be reinstated. Be not afraid to dispute.Good luck and do you homework everyday,like what I've said, proper perspective is one of the ingredients to succeed here!, and in 6 months you will have your Honda Civic.Hope that I gave you a good idea! I received an inbound call when I heard at the end of the call "let me see what I can do and I call you back" and another call I heard "let me check what happened and I call you back". Is that connected?

If the receptionist or the agent promised that himself or herself will call back the caller or the customer to clarify caller's inquiry/s, then it is Connected. sometimes the scenario is this, caller is looking for a person, but that person is unavailable, sometimes the receptionist will ask the caller if she/he wants to leave a message or voicemail, if the caller leave her/his contact info., and at the end of the call, the receptionist said, " I will let him know", " I will put it on his/her desk", " I will have him/her give you a call," then it is Not connected. Sometimes the receptionist will not ask the caller to leave a message, but instead promised that he/she will let the intended person know about the caller's inquiry or give the caller a call back, it is not connected too.     1. Hello! If you are experiencing the same calls that repeatedly load every time you review, better to clear your browser history or cache. If you have many penalties, either you made a mistake marking a call or your peer reviewers do the mistake, if you are sure that you are correct in the call you handled, it is better to make a dispute so that the auditors will take a look and decide who among you and your peer reviewers are correct, If they found out that you are correct, your earnings and accuracy will be reinstated. Every-time you made a mistake, a pop-up screen will appear regarding a call that you are penalized, Option A - if you agree with the penalty, put your initial. Option B - If you are sure that you are correct, then it is time to make dispute and explain your side. Pleas read my post comment dated Feb. 3, about peer reviewers.Thanks for the visit!

    2. I will suggest that have yourself familiarize with the technicalities of every category. If you are reviewing in a certain category, try to open another browser and open the overview of the category that you are handling, so that when you are confused it is easy to switch to another browser and read the overview, it is like a cheat sheet :). If you are not sure, better to refresh that call you handle and hit (F5), and wait to load another call, but I already posted here in this article of how to handle misleading or confusing calls.Thanks.

Yes, but as far as I know that using 2 different or multiple account in a single device may lead to account termination if detected by humanatic admin, because they imposed a policy that a single account is only allowed for every reviewer. If they detected that you are using multiple account, they will terminate it, or if your lucky they will give you a chance and contact you which account you wish to continue. So it's up to you to take the risk.

    1. If you are using one device to access humanatic, better to log-out first your account before your husband log-in to his account and vice-versa. Just to play safe, because nowadays humanatic strictly imposed one account/one reviewer policy.There were reviewers that has been terminated for using multiple accounts.   33. Hi, do you know if I can regain a category? I lost "why calling", my accuracy was 95% or more but last week it was about 92%. I have some categories with 0% accuracy but they only removed "why calling" :/ I tried to contact support but they rarely answer. any way I can get it back?

    1. Review Inbound calls, that's the pre-requisite before you are given Why Calling category. In my opinion, there's a delay in auditing, that's why you said that it was 92% then before they remove it from your list of category, in reality it might gone far below and you commit many mistakes that it's not acceptable to them. The reason why your 0% accuracy category is not remove, maybe it is because you had few handled calls in that category, or less than their total cut-off number of calls versus total number of mistakes before they will remove any category.

      Once, one of my category has been removed, but I continue reviewing, and after a month that category was given back. If you are reviewing for a certain "cat", and you handled more calls than any category, better to maintain your accuracy within 95%-100%, that's the safest way for any category so that it will not be removed from your list. Sometimes it takes months to regain any category that has been removed, like in my wife case, I think it took 3 months before they gave it back.

      Just be patient and try to move on to any other category that might help you. Do not focus on reviewing one to three "cats" only, try to handle other category too. I might say that you need to study all the technicalities of each category, so that you have many options to choose, if there are few calls in your favorite category then you may switch to another category that have big volume of calls, in this case you will not waste your time waiting for another set of calls to be loaded, that's one of my technique, every second counts for me. Your aim is to have continued set of calls to review with no time being wasted. I call this switching technique, prioritize which category you excel in order, so that if there are no calls offered to review, you may switch to your second favorite cat, then on the third and so on, then back again to your number 1 priority category if new set of calls are loaded.

      I might say this " Just move on and do not be frustrated!". Thanks!

Base on how you respond to every inquiry in your blog gives me the impression that you are indeed a very patient individual.     By the way, I travel almost every other week. I stayed in the house for one week and travel for the following week, it's kinda one week duty, one week off. I can spend 8 or more hours every day during my weeks off. Are we allowed to take a long vacation, for example, 5 or 7 days off? Or do I need to login every day even for an hour only? What is the best advice you can give to me about this matter? Does it affect the number of calls you receive when you get back to work after taking those long vacations? How about the accuracy of your performance?

Yes indeed you will be on the leaderboard too if you have lot of patience, determination to learn and willing to start first without looking for what it may give to you, like what I've said, this is not an easy start to take, it requires a lot and lot of patient, and seeing this as a great new opportunity that may help you for whatever reason, but for me, behind all my hardships comes from my family, that I withstand all the pain when I start searching for a good opportunity on the Internet. Giving off the opportunity to work abroad and choose to stay with my family, and search for a source of living to sustain my family needs financially that I am not aware of, not of my interest, and not of my profession. Now, I believed that I'm starting and continue harvesting what I planted then. My financial status is looking good and have other investments (online too), and all of these it is because of Humanatic.

      I've learned a lot from this program, and I will suggest that if you pursue this and try to focus, you will not fail.

      Regarding your application, it's too early to follow up. Wait for about a week.

      Humanatic gives you the most freedom, it's up to you whether to log-in everyday or not. It will not affect the number of calls you will be receiving if you start reviewing, and will not affect your accuracy. The only thing is of-course your earnings will be affected, as in no work no pay, your account will not be easily updated or upgraded to high paying categories that might give you the opportunity to earn well. Yours' is the time, no boss here, anytime of the day, you can log-in and work if you want, and that's the best advantage of this program.

You are right, you must have in-depth understanding of how calls are being handled and marked appropriately. You must learn all the technicalities of every category. As I've said, LEARN MORE = EARN MORE. Others do not follow, as a result their accuracy dropped, thus lead to category termination and the worst case is account termination. I will challenge you not to look on your earnings, in the long run it might gave you an impression that you are just wasting your time, for a little compensation, many reviewers had quit on this program because of how they look on their earnings, not knowing if they continue and work hard, big opportunity is awaiting to them. But I see in you that you are eager to learn, and you said that you have a lot of patient too. That's good spirit and one of the ingredients to succeed here. You are right also that you are learning for something new and at the same time receiving a compensation. The big advantage is you are working at the comfort of your own time and home.

      Just a quick question, in an inbound call when a caller reached for a qualified employee, and his questions was answered by the employee, but he said he will call back later for he doesn't have the file, is it a connected call or not?

So I want you to focus and review particularly Inventory Discussion, this would give you the chance to unlock high paying "cats", like Dealership Appt. Request, Dealership Appt. Outcome, Dealership Call Outcome. Our aim is to unlock high paying "cats", just set aside your earnings for now, don't look at it, in a proper time you will be amazed of how your earnings will soon to grow that you never expected. Review also Why calling, Reason not connected, this will give you a boost in your earnings, but focus on Inventory Discussion first.

      You can leave now Inbound and Outbound for the meantime, your on the second stage now.

I just followed your advice learn and focus so before I start reviewing a call, I did reread and rewrite the given instruction, I don't know how many times, both in inbound and outbound call, but as you said focus more on inbound call, so I did. :) I can count the outbound calls I reviewed because it didn't reach a 100. :D So for the other readers here, please follow Red's advice focus on learning before on earnings.

      But I must admit, I am guilty of something, I can see my earnings every now and then because every time I take a break, they will transfer me to my account page. Is $4+ a good earning in the first day? Of course, I got penalized too, at first I will always signed up my initials until I discovered that they will mostly penalize you when in a category there are 2 or more people got the same answer. I did multiple disputes, like more than 4 I think, is that a bad idea? Though I always review other people's work in reason not connected or inventory discussion first, just to make sure I'm right. After validating that I have enough support from other section, I then refer my arguments to the given instructions every time I use the dispute section. I do dispute them every time I take a break or after reviewing all the calls for the day. Is it? Is it a bad idea?

I mean, I saw that handled by: automotive, and inventory discussion both pays 2¢ per completed task. New business opportunity: Home Service pays 3.6¢ per completed task.     9. Well, I must say that you did a good job! Earnings of $4 in a day for a beginner is good enough to say that you have a bright future in this kind of program. I remember when I just first started, I only got $2, just reviewing only Outbound calls, I hate Inbound calls that time, because of difficulty understanding their conversation. But since I study more and record the i.d number of every call that I handled and repeatedly review when I have free time, it seems that I gradually understand clearly their conversation, and it took 1 month for me to move to Inbound calls, and after that my account was updated and received another "cats." Like what I've said this is new to me and not of my interest and profession.

      Then I focus reviewing Reason not connected, recording every calls and review where I made a mistakes, until finally that I became proficient at it, and this category gave me a break, by reviewing this together with low paying cats, I was included on the Leaderboard and my earnings dramatically increased.

      Regarding of how we are penalized? Humanatic applies the "peer system" on validating and auditing calls, it means that for every call there are 2 to 5 reviewers, reviewing identical call, this is to safeguard the quality of how calls are being handled and marked appropriately. So when you are penalized you will see other reviewers that handles the same call. So for example there are 3 reviewers that handled the same call, and two of them have identical answer, and your answer is different with them, then that's the time that you will receive a penalty, meaning you marked it wrong. But that's not mean that they are right, if you know that you marked it correctly, then that's the time to make a dispute and explain your side, but before that make sure you have a valid reason. The best thing is to consult the overview of the category and look for an example, copy-paste it together with your explanation to support and validate your reason. Wait for a day/s and your dispute will be reviewed by mediators and auditors. It's not bad to make a dispute, it is design to make the marking of calls as correct as much as possible, remember that Humanatic will submit all the reports to their client and analyze what's the weakness and strength of their client's business.

    10. Inventory discussion is a key to unlock high paying "cats" like DAR, DAO, DCO. I already mentioned it in my previous reply post to you. Dealership categories is a key to Call summary - Dealership, the highest paying cats paying from 21 cents to 52 cents per call. And one of the keys to have you included in the Leaderboard, and possibly increase your profit earnings!

    1. Hi! I will advice you to work at least 8 hours or more depending on your availability. Try other categories, I know that you are activated in Reason not connected category, it's great to review here and have a chance to increase your earnings. I remember when I just started, RNC is my favorite "cat", because it gives me the opportunity to be on the Leaderboard just reviewing this category alone. Reviewers now have a big advantage to earn well. Why? Because compared when I just started, RNC pays only for a minimum of 1 cent and may increase if volume of calls increase. It pays for 1.3 cents most of the time and if lucky enough 1.7 cents if have big volume of calls. But now it pays a minimum of 1.7 and a premium of 2.21 cents. And in all other categories too have a dramatic increase in minimum payment per call. Also calls in the latter days comes only at midnight (PH time), but now all in a day or 24 hours there are many calls left in other categories, so you have the opportunity to review anytime of the day. Unlike those early days that you have to work at midnight to early morning to have a good earnings.

      So what I'm trying to imply, now it is much easier to earn well, just focus and try to master what category you re reviewing and update or unlock other high paying categories that may give the opportunity to boost your earnings.

      This is my list of categories:
      Appointment Book (4.7), Data Pull, Home Service, Home Service Booked, Why call, DAR, DAO, of course RNC, Call Summary. Sometimes Inbound, Appt. Book. If you are not activated in other categories try to review their pre-requisite to unlock it.

      If you work on this program of mine, for sure you will be on the Leaderboard and have a significant increase on your earnings.

    1. Hi Sudha! I think it's time for you to send another application since a month passed by. On your verified paypal, add another new email address, do not use your previous email add when sending a new application to them, coz an error may occur saying that the email add was already used. So create a new email and link in your verified paypal and make it as your primary email address.

      When sending an application, as much as possible your letter of application should be as simple as should be, don't be too professional, use simple words that best describes yourself and your past employment experienced, concise and short.

      I remember a friend of mine, on her first attempt, application was denied, but on the second one, we modified her letter of application, and on the second day, her application was accepted. Thursday and Friday is a good time to send an application that I had already experienced.

    2. Regarding Dealership Appointment Request (DAR).

      Since this category requires most of your time to review and listen with in depth analysis, I would suggest that you must master first the Inventory Discussion to familiarize yourself of how the dealership agent actually handles a call, so that you will know when is the time that the appointment request and appointment attempt took place. But I will give you some insights:

      Most of the time appointment attempt/request takes place at the last conversation, or sometimes at the middle of the conversation. My technique here is fast forward at the last part of the conversation then moving backwards, when I found the time that the agent attempt to have an appointment set-up with the customer, then I will move sometimes at the beginning or at the middle of the call to validate that it is an Inventory Discussion, because sometimes you found the time of the appointment attempt, but unknowingly at the beginning, it is a service call setting an appointment, so it's not qualified for Inventory and should be marked accordingly.

      There are many scenarios regarding DAR, and you should familiarize yourself, I think it is one of the difficult category, but not so difficult :>), familiarization with the technicalities and scenarios are important here, to properly marked it correctly.

      Regarding Dealership Appointment Outcome (DAO).

      Since this call have similarity with DAR, above method also applies. But in this category, you will have two task. First you will find if there is an appointment attempt/request, then if the appointment attempt/request takes place, the question is if the customer agrees to come to the dealership at a specific time and date, or the appointment has indefinite time or date.

      --45 minutes time frame is a specific time, lets say the customer says, that he/she will come within 30mins, then it is specific.

      --around noon, is also a specific time.
      --between 12 to 12:30 is also specific, within 45 mins time frame.

      --let's say the customer say that he/she will come in a minute, is it specific? For me it is a loose appointment, meaning not specific.

      --let's say appointment attempt/request took place, but the conversation finished, without any knowledge that the customer will come, then you must marked it as "No, the caller did not agree to visit the dealership at this time", whether the customer say that he/she will not come, or there is no conversation that tells that he/she will come.

      --customer say that he will come next week or next month, loose appointment, no specific time.

      --if the customer cancelled an appointment without re-scheduling, Not Inventory.
      --if the customer cancelled and re-schedule, Inventory call and look for the time when the re-scheduling takes place in the conversation (DAR). In (DAO), marked this as specific or loose depending on the outcome.

      --customer asking for a loaner car, Not inventory.
      --customer asking for a Re-call, Not inventory.

      As I've said there are many scenarios regarding Dealership Category, try to handle more calls and record the call i.d for support for your reference, the more you review the greater the chance that you will become proficient regarding these categories.

      By the way, if you knew you made a correct choice in a category that you are reviewing and disputed, but moderators didn't corrected it, the last option to do is send the dispute to humanatic admin, indicate the call i.d number for support. I've done this so many times. Any bad comments in your dispute will not help and bashing moderator will also affect your account, so refrain for doing that. There's a room for everything, so the last resort is the Humanatic admin for every dispute.

    2. You made me laugh!! :). Anyway if you got frustrated you will not be able to concentrate anymore. So try to move on for every penalized calls, and try to review it again and make a dispute if you feel you are right. As I've said the last resort is the Humanatic admin, don't be afraid to send a message to them and if they found out that you are correct, they will re-instate your earnings and accuracy.

      Regarding the 35k calls, it is a bug in the system, I don't know if that's a part of their algo, the server got refreshed everyday and updated, it happens all the time.

Actually I already made a Dispute page similar to what you are saying, last time in this blog, where you can paste your call i.d and all you have to do is hit submit and will automatically open a new page showing your handled call, but again that program was copied also, so I decided to removed it.

    I just unlocked my DAO, DAR and other categories related to inventory discussion 2 days ago but I did not review them yet. I'm excited on unlocking the call summary category but I do not want to rush because I don't want my accuracy to get low. I'm still studying the overview. Can you please give me an idea on the call summary you just made. For example the call is about Sales or Service. I just want to get a hint or take a peak on the particular category.

    1. Hi. Thanks and Congratulations that you are now part of this program. I may say that you have to think twice or thrice regarding giving up your current work (offline), although there are many opportunities working online, not only Humanatic. For me Humanatic is one of many programs that really works, pays on time and have a big opportunity if you focus on this. This program (Humanatic), helps a lot for me and for my family, and served as a stepping stone to pursue other opportunities. Although I have the opportunity to work abroad, but I turned it down and pursue this, and was not of my profession. Now, it seems that I really enjoyed this kind of work and of- course the compensation now is good, as if as compare the income working abroad. But of course there are advantages and disadvantages, so before you quit to your current job, study all the possibilities gradually, take time and do not be on the rush. If you think and you see that it really will work, then it's time to pursue a new perspective, like what I've did.

      Regarding the Call Summary, I think this is one of the highest paying category, from 21 to 52 cents per completed call. This category is only given to selected reviewers who excelled and not on the rush, because it requires most of your time and comprehension. You must listen to the entire conversation to get the technical details, by the way there are Call summary: Dealership, Patient and Renting or leasing a house (Rent Buzz). Among the 3, Rent Buzz is the easiest for me. But you will receive first the Dealership Call Summary, I think the pre-requisite now to unlock this is DAO. CS for Dealership is sometimes complicated, because you need to know the name of the caller or any contact info, the name of the agent ( so better review Handled by Auto Sales to familiarize with the names of the agent ), the technicalities about the car or vehicle, color, model, tech package, price and so on. You must also indicate if the agent attempt an appointment or the caller requested an appointment, or simply what was the outcome of the call in the end of the conversation. To remain active in the category, you need to write clear sentences with proper grammar, conjugation, and punctuation. So this would mean that you must understand the English language well. But as for me, I'm not that good in English, but keeps practicing again and again, it seems that I really making a progress now. I don't really like this job at start, but now I really love it and recommend it for anyone who wish to pursue working online.

      Here is one example of Call Summary - Dealership (source: Humanatic)

      Agent answers the call. Caller asks if 2008 Pontiac Solstice is still available. Agent says he has to check if it’s still available because someone was just looking at it. Agent asks for callers contact information. Caller is Zachary Stiles - (with contact info here, I deleted it for security reason). Agent asks the caller if he could come in today if the car is available. Caller says that it is possible. Agent asks how the caller heard about them. Caller says he was on carfinder.com and their inventory came up. Agent says that he will call back in 5-10 minutes. Call ends.

      So you must master first your Inventory Discussion, DAR and DAO categories before proceeding to Call summary-Dealership, in order to know if it's Sales or for Service or any general conversation. Call Summary is all about sales, buying, trading, selling or leasing a vehicle.

    2. Hello! Thank you for your quick response. Your answer give me more idea about it and made me more excited to pursue this but I'm not in the rush in giving up my work. I need to excel first in Humanatic and get the categories that will help me a lot. As a matter of fact, my favorite calls are the dealership calls. My only problem is I only have 88% on the Handled by but I have 99% on inventory discussion, 99% in inbound, 100% in outbound and RNC. Do you think I can do the call summary even though I have low accuracy in Handled by: Sales? I'am trying to increase my accurracy in Handled by although there are names that are not clear enough to understand.

      By the way I'am a still confused on the DAR and DAO overview specially on the DAR because you need to mark seconds where the Agent request an appt. What will happen if you mark less than or more than 2 to 3 seconds on the "Agent tried for an appointment"? Will that be an error?

      I'm really thankful for answering all my questions and I apologize if I still have follow up questions.

Regarding DAR, it doesn't matter whether less or more than the appropriate time when you mark the seconds, where the appointment attempt takes place, the important is you validate the appointment attempt or request and your'e sure that the appointment attempt or request was made by the agent or the caller.

      Regarding Call Summary, as much as possible the name of the agent must be determined, but when the agent name was not clearly spoken, you can use the word "Agent" as an alternative to distinguish him/her from the caller, also when the caller's name was not clearly defined, you can use the word "Caller" instead.

Ive tried 5 calls on RNB,4 was correct and got 1 wrong,but my accuracy down to 75%.I know now why,the fact that I wanted it correct I listened to whole call which leads me to very slow review.

    1. Hi, Congratulations! You're a certified HUMAN now, as what Humanatic pertained to their reviewers. I advised you to unlock all categories as much as possible, don't focus on your earnings for now as others do. Because there comes to a point that you will loose your patient when you focus on your earnings first. The best you can do is to master every category as much as possible. Lower cats or High paying cats? When you try to move to higher cats, I may say that you are improving, but when you are stacked with lower cats, then it's time to switch and change your strategy, your earnings is directly proportional to what category you are handling, you know what I mean. But $22 in two weeks is not bad. Where can you get that amount on the Internet? Facebook and Youtube will not pay you! But always remember that you're still on the process of learning. As I've always said LEARN MORE = EARN MORE.

      Speaking of "How to review fast and accurately? " You can only do this when you master the category. For me MASTERY is important at the beginning, then in the long run SPEED follows, and good earnings will flow. Look for a KEYWORD/s, a single word can defined a whole idea.This is one of my technique. Always look for KEYWORD/s.

      Just continue to FOCUS on what you are doing right now, don't be on the rush for profit! Proper time will come. Do your homework first and for sure you will succeed here.

Just to play safe, because nowadays humanatic strictly imposed "one account/one reviewer" policy.There were reviewers that has been terminated for using multiple accounts. I been trying to win at least 2 to 2,5dls/hour at DAR but i paid a high price: my accuracy dropped down... from 95 to 75%. Hope some auditions were subtitled from i learned english reading books, not hearing Dallas citizens making business! Im argentinian, my 1st languague is spanish, though i like english very much is not easy for me to think in english.... Do you speak spanish, Red?     1. In my opinion, there's a delay in auditing, that's why you said that it was 93% then before they remove it from your list of category, in reality it might gone far below and you commit many mistakes that it's not acceptable to them. Try to send them an email and ask what's the reason.

    For 3 days i been working hard, marking Zero mistakes, i guess. I been thinking like this: "Dealership appt request (DAR) is the key to DAO. And DAO is the key to high paying categories. It is a must not to commit a mistake again at DAR"
    My question is: how long it takes for the accuracy to upgrade? Days? Weeks? Should i stay hearing thousands of conversations to achieve the +20% needed? (start: 75% accuracy & end: 100% accuracy) Today my accuracy at DAR is 80% (!?)

    This afternoon i log in and found "a new" DAR (!?)
    I sent email to Humanatic support telling them that Iam confused. I asked them for an overview and examples.
    Dealership appt request category
    the options used to be:

    1.YES at ... sec.
    2.No appointment attempt, but agent DID promise a follow-up
    3.No appointment attempt, and agent DID NOT promise a follow-up.
    4.Correction: Not eligible, call was not an inventory call.

    and now are the following:

    1.appointment for a firm date / time
    2.appointment for a soft date / time
    3.declined the agent's appointment request
    4.an appointment was not discussed
    5.Correction: not an inventory conversation

    i wonder whats the difference between a soft and a firm date, etc

    1. Humanatic for now is doing a lot of changes.For your info, Dealership Call Outcome (DCO) was not a part of Dealership category as of to date, they removed it for many reasons. Now, they made a whole change in DAR category. The new set of choices in DAR is the same with Dealership Appointment Outcome (DAO), I think they are planning to removed DAO also, like what they did in DCO. AS in one category for all Dealership calls, combining the 3 Dealership cats into one category. So lets wait for Humanatic announcement.

      By the way here's a brief explanation regarding DAR new set of choices.

      *Appointment for a firm date / time*
      ----It means that the appointment is set at a definite time and date (FIRM appointment), or the appointment is set within the 45 mins time frame (ex. 2:00 to 2:30 or 1:00 to 1:45).
      ----or the appointment is set around noon (12:00), around 6:00 and so on, this is a definite time.
      ----caller said that he/she will come in half hour or within 45 mins..

      *Appointment for a soft date / time*
      ----it means that the appointment is set with indefinite time and date.
      ex. "I'll probably visit the dealership this afternoon." (loose time)

      Let's wait for the announcement regarding some changes that Humanatic had implemented. It is for our own good and for company's credibility, that's why they are making major changes.

      Regarding your accuracy, peer review is not in effect that's why it's hard to update the accuracy rating., or peer review is less in DAR cat. Regarding peer review, please read my previous post comment, I already explained this.

    1. Thanks! Just wait for the auditor to handle your dispute. Disputes are queued depending on time of entry in dispute database, but definitely, for sure auditor will be able to see it. Take notes or make a record of the call id, lets say in a notepad, and check it for the following day. This link may be helpful when checking your disputed calls, just paste the call id at the end of the equals sign (=), this will be helpful also if you want to review your "past handled calls" that seems confusing. As I've said in my previous post, recording all the call id's was a big help for me when I just first started in this program. In this way, I was able to review again my mistakes and correct this when I encounter that similar calls. And also see what I might need to focus for in order to update my knowledge and off course increase my accuracy.

  71. Hello. I'm working on Call Summary. I think I've reviewed like 140-150 calls. my accurcy is 100%. but I don't understand how to know if my call was correctly reviewed. only a few times I've made little mistakes like this: ("Agent asks the Jhon when is a good time to come in...").
    That (the) mistake could be a reason that affects my accuracy? and if it is, they will deduct the money in the same way they do in the other categories? and when? or how CS works? I also don't understand what to do with the options below the box.
    I think I'm doing pretty good at this category and I've reached the Leaderboard 4 or 5 times which is a big accomplishment for me :D.

    1. As far as I know, Call summary is subjected to administrative auditing. If one of the admin reviewers, audit your summarized calls and found a mistake/s, then you will receive a penalty affecting your earning and accuracy. Remember that CS is probably the highest paying category, so expect a penalty twice of that amount and a significantly dropped in your accuracy rating, and the worst case is category termination. So better to review your summarized call before you submit it. The options below the box, is if the call is not an inventory call, or something that is confusing, you may check the option below for administrative checking.

  72. Hey, I don't know if you have noticed this or not but the Outbound Service Call Purpose and the Outbound Call Purpose category is uploaded the wrong way around. CI does not seem to be listening or caring but I think this is a wonderful CAT and should be fixed. To explain: 90% of Outbound Service Call Purpose must be marked OTHER as they are sales calls, and 90% of Outbound Call Purpose most be marked as general as they are SERVICE calls!!!!!

In my opinion and this will not an official representation to Humanatic announcement,I think Humanatic is updating their system to better enhance their security against cheaters, sometimes an update will lead to a system glitch, that's why numerous non-cheaters were also terminated out of the system. But Humanatic made an announcement in their official facebook page, saying that they on the process of reviewing each affected account and ready to activate it again once they found out that indeed that account was not a cheater or linked to a cheater account.

      It's good to know that Humanatic is doing their best effort, because in the long run if neglected, this is a serious problem to a bad data report. And if this happened, their client will off-course think that it's not good doin' business with them and pull out their business and search for better company to work for. And for sure this is also a serious problem to us reviewers who are working decently to earn in order to support our needs. Humanatic failure is also a failure to us.

      Since I became a member of this program, I witnessed a major change in their system, they are working for us to better upgrade the "quality of data", "quality of compensation" and quality of the company to be competitive and credible in this kind of business. Everyone will benefit from Humanatic security and system update, so let's support our company to eradicate individual or group that may ruin the company's credibility.

    1. If the caller is looking for a job, then this will fall to General discussion. Please note that Appointment Booked 4.7 is design to filter calls from a client or customer needing appointment either for service like pest exterminator, law consultation, dental, plumbing, electrical, doctor consultation, vehicle service (e.g change oil, body repair), furniture service (rentals, sales), house cleaning service, appliances repair service and others.

      ***If a customer is only asking for a price then it represents appointment opportunity.
      ***If a caller is asking if a certain insurance will be accepted in the dental or doctor's office, it is also represents appointment opportunity, whether the caller did not mentioned that he/she needs an appointment, outcome for this call will fall as "Appointment Opportunity not Booked."

      All of the caller's inquiry regarding information about a service whether the caller did not ask for an appointment, this should be considered as Appointment Opportunity and should be marked accordingly.

      General discussion tips:
      1. If the caller is from another business doing a marketing call.
      2. Caller is from a doctor's office verifying a mutual patient or needing some info about a patient.
      3. Caller is seeking for a location assistance and no appointment mentioned.
      4. Calling for a heads up that he/she will be late, but no appointment mentioned.
      5. Caller is verifying business hour's of operation and no sign of appointment opportunity.
      6. Caller redirected to a voicemail or left a message to live person about his/her contact info and requesting for a call back from the intended person.
      7. Caller received a call from the office and receptionist said that it was a wrong call.
      8. Billing inquiry and no appointment mentioned.
      9. Conversation and no sign of appointment opportunity.
      10. etccccc...

      Please read the Overview regarding of how to handle any voicemail and other info that might help you. It's just a matter of familiarization at first. Sometimes you will need to research about the company mentioned in the conversation so you have the idea of their offered services.

Hello sir, yesterday I was earning bonuses for the category I was reviewing, but I must admit there were 2 categories on their 92% and 87% accuracy I was surprisedwhen I logged in that I lost all of my category even those in the 95-100% accuracy. What do your think is the reason for this? I would still want to work with humanatics, I don'tknow if making another account is acceptable. Thanks!

    1. It's nothing wrong if you want to make another new account in order to work again with Humanatic, but you need to provide them with a new verified paypal address. I know Humanatic has a new policy regarding the submission of any paypal add that has been used previously. Try to send an email to them and ask what was the reason, before you try to send a new application. There are many reasons for any category removal, so only them can give you a clear picture what was happened. You can send an email to humanatic@centuryinteractive.com.

I joined 3 days back and I unlocked reason not connected category with some other categories. My inbound accuracy is 90%. I read up when you replied someone saying that you can reach on leaderboard just by using this category. But, when i saw reason not connected category, it says 2.2 cents per call. So how can you reach on leaderboard with only this category? I haven't tried this category yet. When I was doing inbound calls, it sometimes gave me 1 cent and sometimes 2. I took two and a half hour, just to reach one dollar. So with reason not connected category which is almost same, how can we earn more? Please let me know this. I have also unlocked inventory category and I read up that it can unlock high paying categories. Can you mention which high paying categories are they? And how much do they pay? And which is the most highest paying category? And how to reach there? Sorry, for so many questions but I am new and want to learn from you. Thanks. Do reply soon.

    3. Sorry for the late reply. I was too busy then with my other stuff. As I've said in my old post comment, when you are just starting as a reviewer, do not be in a hurry to make a profit. Take time to study, more calls to review and more time everyday so that you will become more familiar on every calls. I might say that focus on Inbound calls for now, try to make your accuracy as 95% and higher, if you maintain it means that you are more familiar with the calls and already know the technicalities of that category. It's a signal to move on to other medium rate category like RNC, the reverse of Inbound calls. It is much easier for now to handle RNC because you already master or have much more comprehension on Inbound calls, RNC is the opposite of Inbound category, get what I mean? Then if you have much more familiarization, then probably it's easier to move on to other high paying category. Mastery of any category can equates to ACCURACY. Then MASTERY and ACCURACY will equates to SPEED that will result for better earnings and more category that will be added to your account.

      In those early days, RNC alone will bring you on the Leaderboard. But as the game changed, because of new categories put forth, it's not easy to be on the Leaderbord just reviewing RNC alone. You have to combined it with other low to medium to high paying categories to be on the Leaderboard. And second there are many reviewers now who are joining coming from other English speaking countries, so the competition is much more higher unlike those early days.

      So I will keep on repeating my secret and this will not be a secret anymore. MASTERY + ACCURACY + SPEED. This formula will bring you on the Leaderboard if you follow. As I"ve said don't be in a hurry.

      High Paying cats includes;

      Dealership Appointment Request- 4 to 5.2 cents
      Dealership Call summary - 22 to 52 cents
      Car wars Call Summary - 11 to 52 cents
      Widows/Doors Call Summary - 22 cents or more
      Patient Pursuit Call Summary - 22 cents or more
      Rent Buzz Call summary
      Data Pull - 11 to 14.5 cents
      Appointment Book - 4.6 to 5.9 cents

      Reviewing medium rate categories will give you also a good earnings not just reviewing high paying cats. As I've said it's a combination of low to medium to high paying cats, this is the best option, as what I've implemented in my program.

  80. Thankyou so much for the reply. I am having a hard time with inventory category. I hate the penalty system because they penalize me for almost every call. I think I have marked it right but still I get penalty. My accuracy has fallen to 64%. I dont know how to crack inventory calls. So I have left that at side for now and I am focussing on "reason not connected" calls for earning. And my other focus is on "homeservice" category as it is the key to "call summary- windows and doors" and I have 100% accuracy right now in "home service" category. I took a few calls and i have unlocked the "call summary-windows/doors" category by 10% . I know its a long way to reach 100% but I am trying. I wanted to ask that if i unlock this call summary-windows and doors category, will there be enough calls for me to review as it pays 20 cents but are calls available all the time? And is it necessary to unlock DAR category? Or I could earn well alone with call summary-windows and doors category? As I told you I am having a hard time with inventory category which is the key to DAR. So I am focussing on home service and I am having 100% accuracy also. So pls guide me that call summary- windows and doors is enough to earn well or I need to unlock DAR. And pls provide inventory tips also. I am not liking that category at all. The penalizing system is the biggest drawback of humanatic. So do give me tips for inventory and answer my above question soon. Thanks a lot Sir.

  81. For me to become proficient with Inventory category, you will first and must have a good comprehension on Inbound calls. As I've said this is they key for all high paying categories for you to understand it well. You must distinguish a call that is handled by a qualified agent and a call that is not connected to a qualified agent / receptionist. You may encounter "not connected" calls on Inventory category and in any other category. So if you had a hard time on Inbound calls, then you may find it hard also to review Inventory and any other category.

    Second, we all know that Inventory category is designed to filter calls coming from a vehicle dealership. So it's all about selling, buying, leasing a vehicle whether it may be a cash or financing options. It's all about money business. So you will have to familiarize yourself with what is Qualified for inventory and not not qualified. For example, a caller is inquiring about renting a vehicle, it sounds that involves money, but if you consult it in the overview section, you will find as not an Inventory and should be marked as general conversation. So overview plays an important part, better pay attention. Have it open on a separate browser when reviewing any category, so you will not get lost.

    Tips on Inventory :

    1. Renting is not an Inventory.
    2. If a caller is inquiring about a car loaner, this is not an inventory. A car loaner is an added customer service option offered by any vehicle dealership if the customer's vehicle is at their shop for maintenance service, so that the customer will a vehicle to use when their vehicle is at the shop either for inspection or repair.
    3. If a customer is inquiring about a recall, not inventory. It may qualify for Service or parts depending on the outcome of the call. If the caller is not handled by a qualified agent, then it should be marked as Not connected or Not handled by a qualified agent.
    4. If a caller is just confirming an appointment, and no discussion about whether an appointment is for sales or service, then it should be marked as general discussion.
    5. If a customer is doing a follow up call for sales or service, and not handled by a qualified person, and the caller just leave a message, then it should be marked as Not connected.
    6. A caller is just confirming dealership's hours of operation and no discussion about sales or service- General conversation.
    7. A caller is just inquiring about financing a new or used vehicle. Inventory.
    8. A caller is just inquiring about re-financing the vehicle he/she bought. Not inventory, finance.
    9. Caller is returning a leased vehicle and no interest on renewing the lease. Gen discussion.
    10. A caller is returning a call, the agent who handled the call said they are calling to know if the caller's is still on the market for purchasing or leasing a vehicle, then the caller said that he bought already somewhere else and no discussion about for future purchase or lease. Gen discussion.

    There are many more, all you have to do is familiarize yourself. As I've said Inbound calls plays a wider part to become more proficient on Inventory and in any other category.

    Call Summary for Windows/Doors is a new category, so expect a low volume of call. Better to focus on Inventory and unlock DAR, for you to become eligible in unlocking Call Summary for Dealership, where there are volume of calls to review.

    Don't be in a hurry my friend. Have time to study and familiarize yourself in every technicalities of any category. Time will come that you may master it, but it depends in your enthusiasm to learn. Remember the formula. LEARN MORE = EARN MORE to the exponent of 2. ;)

    2. thank you sir red.. another question if I may. sir in my own pace i can do 1 to 1.5 dollar an hour. there was once I tried really hard to be at the leader board. I started 1pm Philippine time then after 2 hours I got $3 earning me a position in the 21st spot and seeing my name for the first time on the leader board (i was so very happy of course, it was like i won the lottery) while rank 1 reviewer already got 6+ dollars in just 2 hours... tanong ko lang po, ano kaya mga categories nila. and you sir, i know isa kang halimaw when it comes to earnings. first few hours hindi ko pa makikita yung name nyo pero maya maya kunti nasa top 3 kana.. mamaw :) I hope to be just like you someday sir... kabisado mo lahat ng categories. unlike me, walang ibang alam aside sa inventory. pag naubos na eh facebook facebook nalang :D

      kaya payo ko sayo subukan mo aralin yun iba pa category, sa una lang naman mahirap, pag araw araw mo na ihandle halos makakabisado muna. sa una pa lang na conversation halos alam mo na ang sagot.bale familiarization lang at mag :KEYWORDS: ang labanan, pag magaling ka sa keywords, sigurado madali mo maiitag ang isang call, kahit hindi mo pakinngan ng buo.pero exception yun call summary kasi need mo na pakinggan ng buo, pero mataas naman ang rate kumpara sa mga ibang category.

      kaya mo yan, aral lang muna sa una. tas darating ang time bibilis kana din, tas kahit ayaw mo mapunta sa leaderboard, mapupunta ka parin.

And I can crack that well and I do get bonuses on it. But, still inventory its hard for me. But, now I will try with your tips and also overview section. Sir, I have unlocked, call summary- doors/windows but there are no calls yet on it. I am frustrated because I was hoping to earn from that category. Anyway, I know patience is needed a lot.     1. Ok. Based on your unlocked categories, I want you to master as what as I've said the Inbound Category, make your accuracy as 95% or high and maintain it. Let's go back with the basics, sometimes a lot of newbies likes to earn well but neglect to study the basic well, get what I mean? If you did that, study the Reason not Connected category, it will give you a medium boost on your income, try not to be in a hurry, try to listen to the conversation as much as possible and make your judgement as accurate, read the overview again and again, have it open in another browser when reviewing any category. If you are good at RNC it's just like hitting 3 birds on 1 stone or like a combo punch, why? because RNC is also synanomous to PPRNC and Why not connected : Service, they are identical with each other in terms of technicalities. Try to open the overview of each category and you will find that these three categories are alike, but with a little difference in Why not connected : Service.

      For 1 or 2 weeks I want you to focus first on those categories that I've said. Inbound, RNC, PPRNC, Why not connected : service. Make your judgement as accurate as possible when tagging calls. Let me know your accuracy status after 1 or two weeks. As I've said do not be in hurry, you must learn the ropes well in order to have a good earnings or profits. PROPER TIME WILL COME.

But this does not mean that you cannot earn well even you have categories that pays small amount.For me MASTERY is important at the beginning, then as what you have said, in the long run SPEED follows as you master every category.Then good income will flow.That's my formula I followed and it never turned me down. Now it is much easier for me to earn well in a day.It is just building your army, ready for battle, where you played as General and your categories as your armies. Build your army first and in the long run it is much easier to direct your income with what you want."

      Step by step you need to master each category that might help you in your way to Humanatic. So just followed with what I've told you. I know where to direct you, it's up to you if you like to follow or not. I've also become a mentor to numerous individuals, and they find it easy now to make a profit.

    Sir, as you told me to concentrate on these, I did and I have maintained a good accuracy but still I earn 2$ a day. Now, please guide me further to unlock high paying categories and as you know that inventory is deactivated. So guide me accordingly. Thanks. Reply soon sir.
